Job Description
RECfinancial is exclusively partnering with a large Leicestershire based business who have revenues in excess of 900 million pounds per year in the appointment of an Internal Audit Manager.
The role will primarily be based at an impressive office which is close to junction 21 of the M1 at Leicester, which is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby, Northamptonshire and Coventry / Warwickshire.
Reporting to the Group Internal Audit Director, this is a newly created role as the firm builds its Internal Audit and Risk function. It's an exciting role and time for the business. Responsibilities will include developing the group internal audit plan, working with the wider business to agree the scope of audits, leading the audits, drafting and presenting the audit reports - being able to deliver them to the business in a way which adds real value & championing the continuous improvement mindset with stakeholders.
The client is keen to hire a candidate who is qualified in the ACA or ACCA qualification and ideally you will have qualified in a top 20 firm and have some experience of working in internal audit.
They are keen to hire a candidate who wants to be seen in the business and who has the potential to grow into a bigger role in the future, this may be in the wider finance function. You will be solutions focused and have the ability to work as a business partner.

The role has a salary range of between £60,000 and £70,000 plus benefits which include a £9,000 car allowance and a bonusBefore You Apply
