Job Description

One of the UK’s leading Construction Consultancies is looking to recruit an Intermediate/ Senior Project Manager to work on a range of projects for leading clients within Bristol's Data centre and Industrial Manufacturing sectors. THE COMPANY  The client is one of the largest Consultancies in the UK with a network of offices across the country and overseas. They work across all sectors both within Property and Infrastructure and are involved in some of the regions largest developments. They have an outstanding reputation and strong track record of developing their employees to Senior & Associate level positions.  THE POSITION  They are actively looking to recruit a number of Project Managers to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects from inception to completion. The successful Project Manager will be given the opportunity to work on Datacentre, Life Sciences, and Industrial Manufacturing projects from upwards of £10M.  THE CANDIDATE  The successful Project Manager must:  Ideally have a relevant degree and be Chartered. Have at least 2 years experience working as a Project Manager, ideally on the Consultancy side. Have experience working on projects within a highly regulated industry and have a working knowledge of the JCT/NEC form of contract. Have experience of managing projects up to the value of £5 million. Have good communication and client facing skills.
