Job Description

Client: My clients is a Tier 1 M&E contractor specialising in several sectors Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical. The business has seen a significant amount of growth in the last 5 Years. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects the next two years to be a similar period of growth. After a successful year they now sit at a national turnover of over £300m. In the UK they have just been appointed on a £55m M&E value pharmaceutical project in Surrey. Role: Intermediate Electrical Project Engineer – Salary £50,000 - £60,000 + Package Depending on experience Responsibilities: * Design Review (scope gaps) * Technical Submittals * Procurement (subcontractors, kit and plant) * Programming of work (MS Project) * Health and Safety (RAMS) * Management of the technical installation * Assisting with commissioning * Design meetings * Day to day running of the Electrical package The ideal candidate: * Progressed from a trades background and have good technical knowledge within their own discipline (i.e. public health, sprinklers, duct work etc.) * Must have experience working in the commercial or industrial sector * Experience managing electrical packages to a minimum of £3M within your own discipline * HNC in Electrical engineering In return they offer: * A health pipeline of major project schemes * A competitive basic salary and package * The opportunity to progress to a senior management role upon the successful handover of this scheme
