Job Description

This extremely progressive Leeds brand are currently enjoying a sustained period of growth within their niche field. A diverse client portfolio ensures they continue to grow year on year. They have a requirement for an experienced Management accountant to join the team in Jan 2025, to take ownership of their area and ensure it is driven without hiccup for the next 6 months. The requirement is due to a member of the team moving over to a project, and therefore this role may extend beyond the initial 6 months. Duties: * Production of monthly management reporting – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows * P&L and project variance analysis vs budget/prior periods with commentary * To be the Go-To person for support and use of our accounting system (Xero) * Produce and monitor cost reports for our private strategic partners * Payroll and expenses reports * Year-end accounts processes * Maintenance of commercial and professional contracts and checking to terms in delivery * Maintenance and security of our record and asset keeping * Support FC and CFO on all tax work as required * Implement Approval process / procedures * Liaise with bank, suppliers, partners This is a key role for the business, who operate a hybrid working model, from their Leeds based offices.
