Interim Procurement Manager - M&A | £600 - £800 per day (DoE) | Hybrid
A leading organisation is seeking an Interim Procurement Manager to support upcoming M&A activity and deliver a number of key transactions. This role will focus on IT, software, and general group spend (excluding construction/NEC contracts).
Start Date: March 2025
Day Rate: £600 - £800 (DOE)
Location: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing and optimising contracts
Issuing contractual notices (terminations, novations, etc.)
Regular reporting and stakeholder collaboration (operations & finance)Ideal Candidate: Comes from a tech or data-heavy procurement background, with experience in M&A scenariosBefore You Apply
