We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Repairs and Maintenance to work on a Social Housing contract, for a fantastic company based in the North West of England.
What are we looking for?
Someone with prior experience delivering strategic initiatives relating to Repairs and Maintenance
A Head of Service who has a proven track record of developing services with excellent people management skills
What does the job entail?
Providing strategic advice and implementing initiatives to drive performance in Repairs and Maintenance
Managing a well-established team of Repairs and Maintenance colleagues, to deliver excellent service for customers, focusing on efficiencies and productivity
