Interim FP&A Manager
6-months
£600-£650 per day Outside IR35
Southampton with hybrid working
Chilworth Partnership are assisting a highly acquisitive PE backed business with their recruitment of an Interim FP&A Manager for an initial period of 6-months.
Reporting to the Finance Director, responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Design and implement performance analytics to monitor and improve KPIs across the organisation.
Ownership of the Budget and forecast process for the Group.
Lead and support transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth, principally migration of existing ERP to Cloud.
Transition to Power BI to create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports that communicate key insights and support data-driven decision-making.
You will:
Qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA
Experience in a relevant FP&A role ideally within a Private Equity environment
Have experience of 3 statement modelling and working through multiple forecast cycles.
Have strong data skills with good ERP implementation and ideally Power Bi experience.
