Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be instrumental in rebuilding the finance function from the ground up, implementing robust financial systems, and driving operational stability. This role will challenge and reward in equal measure. You'll be working closely with a committed leadership team as they guide the business through a post-takeover recovery phase. Your expertise will directly contribute to stabilising and restructuring the company, ensuring it's positioned for long-term growth and success. In addition, you'll have experience in navigating businesses through periods of significant change, ideally including post-takeover transitions or financial restructuring. Your ability to identify cost-saving opportunities, streamline operations, and implement robust financial controls will be key. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you'll be working with stakeholders across the business to achieve strategic goals. You'll play a vital role in leading the financial transition, overseeing the implementation of systems, and ensuring seamless reporting and compliance.
