Job Description

Principal People are currently working on behalf of a highly respected heritage organisation who work across a range of UK infrastructure and construction projects who are looking for an Interim Safety, Facilities and Compliance Officer on a 3 month contract. This role be homebased with 2 days a week travel to office locations split between London and Northampton. This role will be will be required to review existing facilities and regulatory compliance based documentation and identify any gaps, liaising with relevant suppliers / contractors to ensure all regulatory checks are documented, undertaken and closed out amongst other relevant responsibilities in terms of facilities and compliance for the business. They are looking for a strong verbal communicator and the role is to pay a daily rate of £(Apply online only)/day (Outside IR35). The successful Interim Safety, Facilities and Compliance Officer will: NEBOSH General qualified (or Equivalent) Have experience working within facilities/compliance Experience working with regulatory compliance requirements e.g PAT testing, LOLER, PUWER etc Have an understanding of H&S regulations Be available at short notice.
