Junior / Trainee Insurance Sales Consultant
Northampton
£22,000 -25,000 DOE
Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm ( 1 in 4 Saturdays )
Our multiple award-winning client in the Insurance industry are looking for junior sales consultants to join their team in Northampton. They are keen to hear from people with a background in service, sales or are keen to get into a role within sales, with an outgoing personality and well rounded communication skills.
Key Duties:
Work as part of a team of experienced consultant handling new business enquiries
Providing quotations based on customers’ needs and requirements
This is a phone-based team, servicing both and in and outbound calls
Reaching out to people that have enquired via their marketing campaigns, website or e-mail.
Understand customer/clients’ needs and present solutions based on their requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be confident, positive and have an outgoing personality.
You will have worked in service related role.
Excellent communication skills
A flexible and proactive approach
The ability to work within a friendly team to achieve goals and objectives
Good numeracy and literacy
The highest standard of integrity, honesty, and quality of work.
