We’re looking for a confident, experienced Installation Supervisor to join their team in Reading on a permanent, full-time basis. 🛠️ The Role – Lead with Confidence:
In this hands-on supervisor role, you’ll oversee a team of installation engineers, ensuring smooth delivery of both business-as-usual and project-based installations. You’ll act as the key point of contact on site, providing leadership, technical guidance, and quality control throughout the process.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising the installation of fibre, Cat6, and Cat6A structured cabling
* Overseeing cabinet and containment installations
* Ensuring proper termination, testing, and patching of all copper and fibre solutions
* Managing health & safety on-site
* Leading toolbox talks and ensuring compliance
* Liaising with clients and project managers for smooth delivery

* Previous experience supervising fibre and copper installation teams
* Strong understanding of structured cabling systems
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Must hold a British passport (for SC clearance)
* Willingness to undergo Security Clearance (SC)
* ECS/CSCS card (preferred)
* Daily commutable distance to Reading
