Internal Sales Leader
Dereham – based in office
Up to £48,000 base – first year OTE £60,000

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, training and growing an internal sales team focused on new customer’s acquisition. We are ideally looking for someone with great B2B experience, sector experience is open as the solutions they provide are cross sector.
This business not only support their partners, but also offer their colleagues an enticing career filled with development opportunities.

* Management of in-house sales team
* Training and coaching
* Recruitment of new colleagues
* Metric and data tracking
* Hands on with sales, we want someone who will also get stuck in with sales.

Who are we looking for?
* B2B Sales background
* Sales management background
* Experience in solution based selling or ongoing service is desirable
* Any sales or business-related qualifications are a bonus
* Using data to track customer performance
* Supportive, team focused attitude
