Powershell - Would be able to extract the data they need from a log file
Someone who has taught themselves something - Shows initiative and self development, can think on their feet to figure things out if they don't immediately know the answer
Troubleshooting certificates in IIS ideal but someone with SQL knowledge would be fineDesirable
