Key Responsibilities Source and recruit top-tier talent for industrial and manufacturing clients Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates Conduct thorough candidate screening and interview processes Develop a deep understanding of industrial sector recruitment needs Meet and exceed monthly sales and placement targets Provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
