Job Title: Specialist Cleaning Operative
Location: Leisure and Commercial Sites
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Days & Night), Minimum 40 hours per week (Plus travel time)
UK Driving Licence is required

We are seeking a Specialist Cleaning Operative to join our team, delivering top-quality industrial cleaning services across our leisure and commercial sites. Key Responsibilities:
* Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning – Using both truck-mounted and portable cleaning systems to provide thorough and effective cleaning.
* Jet Washing – Carrying out high-pressure cleaning for exterior surfaces.
* Window Cleaning – Ensuring clean, streak-free windows in various environments.
* Industrial Cleaning – Performing other specialist cleaning tasks as needed.
* Equipment Maintenance – Maintaining, storing, and ensuring the proper servicing of all allocated cleaning equipment.
* Vehicle Care – Operating and maintaining company vehicles, ensuring vans are kept clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in industrial or specialist cleaning preferred.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
* Familiarity with mobile CAFM systems is an advantage.
* Strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
