Job Description

Opus people solutions on behalf of Cambridge County Council have an exciting opportunity for a Independent Reviewing Officer to join their team. Job Title: Independent Reviewing Officer Length of assignment: Initially 3 months, potentially 12 months. Hours per week:37 Hourly rate: £42 Location: Scott House Remote/Office based: Mix from working from home /Field work/Working from any CCC office Chairing statutory Child in Care Reviews in person Ongoing monitoring of progress of Children's care plans / pathway plans Identifying areas of drift and delay in permanence for children, and escalating as per CCC's Escalation Policy Visiting children outside of Reviews Travel to children at their care placements, 50% of whom reside outside of CambridgeshireIf you thrive to make a difference and have 3 years Social worker experience and this is the role for you, then we would love to hear from you
