Inclusion Support Assistant - Camden Primary School - Immediate Start.

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team immediately.

Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
Assist students inside and outside the classroom, helping them stay engaged and confident.
Support behaviour management strategies and create a positive learning atmosphere.
Deliver targeted interventions to support emotional well-being, confidence, and academic progress.
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to tailor learning approaches.
