JOB TITLE: In-House Counsel/Senior Associate Location: London Salary: £80,000-£110,000 Position Overview: Our client, a prestigious law firm in London, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with at least 7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in civil litigation to work across a diverse range of practice areas within a leading multi-disciplinary firm. Responsibilities: Legal Case Management: Take responsibility for managing a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, ensuring high standards of legal work and effective management of client expectations Client Advisory: Provide clear, practical, and strategic legal advice to clients across a variety of practice areas. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, offering guidance on legal matters and professional development, while promoting a collaborative team environment. Legal Research & Drafting: Conduct thorough legal research and prepare high-quality documents Negotiation & Settlement: Lead negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Experience: At least 7 years PQE in civil litigation. A strong background in civil litigation, experienced handling diverse legal matters and managing your own caseload. Hands-on experience in negotiating settlements, managing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
