Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the hygiene team to maintain the highest cleanliness standards across all facilities. Develop and implement hygiene policies, procedures, and schedules to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards. Train and mentor staff on hygiene practices and protocols. Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment. Monitor and report on hygiene performance and take corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience in a hygiene management role, preferably within the food, healthcare, or manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation regulations and standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
