HVAC Project Manager – Surrey 50-60k
My client based in Surrey are looking for an HVAC AC / Ductwork Project Manager
Due to continued business growth, my client is looking for an HVAC Air Conditioning / Ductwork Project Manager to join their team.
Job requirements:
Manage commercial kitchen contracts from acceptance of the order to the completion of the contract.
Produce quality and health & safety plans.
Arrange procurement activities as required (plant, subcontractors etc.).
Attend site meetings, monitor progress and product reports as required.
Supervise the applicable site teams.
Prepare valuations and variations as required in liaison with the team.
Qualifications required: CSCS and Project Management Experience.
