Job Description
HVAC Service Engineer – Building Services Maintenance – Up to 45k + Overtime + Vehicle + Package
We are recruiting for a growing organisation who are looking for an AC Service Engineer to work in their Northern Service and Maintenance team, working alongside other specialist engineers in the Northwest & Yorkshire, M62 corridor, to maintain Air Conditioning Systems, VRV, VRF, AHU, Splits, Pumps, Heat Pumps and Chillers.
This role is a field-based role, covering sites across the Northern Region of the UK, various buildings including Care homes, Commercial Offices, High Rise Apartments.
Performing PPM calls and repairs, there is an on-call rota 1 in 5 currently across the Northern Region which goes down to Birmingham but no lower.

Salary up to £45k
On call payment - £150 per week, 4 hrs paid per callout
OT time half weekdays / Saturday, and double Sundays and BH

HVAC Service Engineer - Requirements
Used to performing PPM and Repairs to various AC or Refrig Systems - Essential
Controls knowledge - Essential
C&G or NVQ level2 or above trained – Desirable
Full Driving Licence – Clean is Desirable
CRB Checked – Essential
IT Skills and Report Writing - Essential
This would suit someone who has worked within Building services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or Hire organisation or within other industries.
