Job Description 🚀 The Job Mission As an HVAC Design Engineer, your role is to support and lead system design and integration within the Hinkley Point C (HPC) project, ensuring full compliance with engineering rules, processes, and safety requirements. Your future team will work across disciplines to deliver innovative HVAC solutions. ⚡️ System design and integration for the HPC project ⚡️ Analyse and verify input data, lessons learned, and component sizing ⚡️ Perform thermal-hydraulic calculations using specialised tools ⚡️ Support procurement with technical specifications and supplier oversight ⚡️ Conduct technical reviews and ensure documentation meets high standards ⚡️ Manage system modification requests and propose technical solutions ⚡️ Attend kick-off meetings and provide support during system handover reviews ⚡️ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful system delivery Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications (Essential) 🛠 Degree in Mechanical Engineering 🛠 Experience in the design of HVAC Systems 🛠 Ability to produce high-quality documentation and meet deadlines 🛠 Experience working on industrial or operational sites 🛠 Proactive approach to technical challenges Desired Skills ✔️ Experience in the nuclear industry or related fields Additional Information 🌟 Ready to make an impact on the future of energy?
