The Role:
Lead Maintenance Operations for HVAC and plumbing systems across the campus.

Ensure Compliance and Safety: Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, manage contractor engagements, and maintain critical building systems to ensure functionality and safety. The Candidate:
Apprentice trained with background in HVAC and plumbing systems
Level 3 qualified or equivalent.
