The role of the Human Resources Manager will involve:
* Human Resources Manager position supporting the Senior Management Team in spearheading the overall HR operations and assisting in the delivery of strategic objectives across the business
* Taking the lead in the full recruitment and selection process, including collating applications, organising interviews, attending interviews as required
* Draft offer letters and other associated documents for the on boarding of successful candidates
* Carrying out the inductions of permanent and agency new starters
* Supporting the management and employees with advice and guidance on employee relations
* Manage complex employee relations casework including and not limited to dispute resolutions, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and absence reviews
* Support Senior Management Team in the delivery of Performance Development Reviews
The ideal applicant will be a Human Resources Manager with:
* Must have HR Management experience or operated at a senior human resources level
* Ideally will have worked within the construction industry, however this isn’t essential
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion, empathy and diplomacy
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Personable, team player, driven and enthusiastic
