Job Description

4Site is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join a dynamic and professional team at a specialist contractor based in Central London. They’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who is passionate about HR. Previous experience working as a Human Resources Coordinator with a construction main contractor is a plus, but most importantly, they’re looking for someone with a proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Act as a key HR contact, advising on policies and procedures Manage employee sponsorship processes and visa compliance Support performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including contracts and compliance Work closely with payroll to ensure smooth HR transactions Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data protection compliance Administer employee rewards and benefits, handling enquiries Track HR metrics and provide reports to support business decisions Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes Support HR projects and initiatives as required About You: Proven experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced environment Degree qualified, CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices Highly organised, efficient, and solutions-focused Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretion Strong Excel skills and numerical ability Experience with HR software systems (advantageous) Keen to learn, develop, and grow within the role If you’re looking to take the next step in your HR career, apply today
