Description
The HSEQ Manager will:
Develop and implement HSEQ strategy aligning with company objectives
Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental and quality regulations
Influence and drive a positive HSEQ culture across site
Provide guidance on all HSEQ matters to all personnel within the company
Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures
Lead internal audits, identify areas of improvement, and provide solutions
Develop HSEQ training materials and deliver training to staff
Compile and present HSEQ reports to senior management
Act as the main point of contact for any HSEQ related incidents or emergenciesProfile
The successful HSEQ Manager will posses a range of the following:
Professional qualifications in Health and Safety such as NEBOSH or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
Proven experience in a similar role within a fast paced industrial manufacturing environment
Experience managing HSEQ across workplace transport
Excellent knowledge of relevant HSEQ regulations and guidelines
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to positively influence HSEQ culture across all levels of the organisation
A hands on approach with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in risk assessments and incident management
Experience in developing and delivering HSEQ training
Proficient in using HSEQ reporting tools and softwareJob Offer
