The Role This vital leadership position is essential for advancing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) awareness across the business. As a key driver of HSE initiatives, you will collaborate closely with departments and support line managers to align their goals and responsibilities with HSE standards. Your role will involve promoting innovative approaches, challenging current practices, and championing a culture of continuous improvement in HSE performance. Leading by example, you will develop, implement, and maintain HSE systems and processes, ensuring they are effectively integrated into daily operations and consistently followed to achieve safety excellence. The Candidate Bringing "hands on" experience as an HSE Advisor or HSE Manager within a manufacturing setting you will hold a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma and possess a robust, practical understanding of relevant UK Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation. Your strong planning and organisational skills, coupled with an ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, will enable you to effectively analyse and report data, driving informed decision-making and compliance across the organization.
