Key Responsibilities:
Lead the roll out of a new HR Information System, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and user adoption.
Oversee data migration, maintain data integrity, and develop HR metrics to support decision-making.
Establish efficient HR workflows and continuously enhance system functionality.
Create user guides and provide training to ensure effective system usage.
Assist with ER cases if desired, expanding HR knowledge and experience.Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
