HR Software Customer Experience Operations Manager – Manage and lead a team of 20+ – growth role. A senior leadership role to provide first class customer experience for existing software clients. A strong understand of HR would be superb, combined with team management and leadership in a similar profile role. Manage and lead a department of 21, HR support and HR Administration - Supporting customers with SaaS queries, HR Advice, and helping SME business get the very best from their HR outsources service and software. 100%-man management & leadership role. £55,000 - £65,000 plus superb list of benefits & 34 days holiday and much more. Cipd Level 3,5, or 7 would be great but working in a leadership role with HR knowledge would be ideal **Leadership, man management, customer service/experience, problem solving, process improvement, SLA management, communication, fast paced, agility is all very key. Candidate min requirement/experience: ** Leadership, man management essential ** From a HR and Customer related business background ** CIPD level 5 (double bonus) ** Problem solver, SLA management, team growth This is an absolute game-changing HR software solution available to businesses across the UK and you will manage the team that helps the customers get the most out of it from a HR perspective! Lead by example, take a on a small caseload of client to support and advise. Use your HR knowledge to support clients and promote the software. The Role: * Ensure you have a top level of HR and employment law knowledge that is kept current and demonstrate continual professional development to support the department and software product * Support software and utilisation with, engagement, usage and quality. * Ensure adherence to quality, performance and service level standards * Ownership and development of the HR documentation service and HR consultancy service * Support the advice team with the provision of any data or insights in client / advisor usage and engagement * Get involved with a range ad hoc projects, tasks or roles that are deemed necessary to increase advice usage and overall HR software usage * Assist in the development of any internal or customer facing material that encourages usage and engagement of the range of products and features Requirements: * CIPD level 5 (Bonus) - HR knowledge * Team management and leadership * Leader and advisor, be able to lead by doing * Can set an example, motivate a team, is someone consistent, professional with great communication Are you looking for a HR advice opportunity in an exciting modern business, this is for you
