Job Description
This is a chance for an experienced HR Recruitment Officer to join an organisation dedicated to offering bespoke support packages for children and young people in the care of the local authority. They have a very caring and nurturing approach and need a strong professional to offer the team HR support and deal with the full recruitment lifecycle. You can also get involved in attending industry meet ups, university talks, career events and running graduate days. You will deal staff induction and work closely with senior management to help the business continually improve.
You will be a self-starter, able to manage your workload in a busy environment. Strong admin and IT skills, great communication skills and the ability to fit in to a super lovely team.
Ideally you will have experience of Safer Recruitment but there is an online course you can take to supplement your skills if you fulfil the rest of the criteria.
The role is 5 days a week, 9.00 - 5.30 with great benefits - the business is based near Broxbourne and you would need to have use of a car to travel to work.
