An opportunity has come available for a HR Operation Manager to set up a small HR division within an ambitious Engineering Consultancy near Waterloo.
As the HR Operation Manager, you will be the first of its kind to be brought into the business of 85 staff and be involved in the strategic growth plan to double headcount.
You will be working closely with the founding directors, situated within a vibrant office, assisting on all HR matters, assisting in client relations, finance control, implementing new processes, setting up and administering a company healthcare system etc.
This is a HR Operation Manager evolving position with an opportunity to develop in multiple areas aligning to the candidate's aspirations.
HR Operation Manager - Specification
Responsible for HR
Financial tasks such as producing invoices and credit control
BD support such as helping with proposals, marketing, graphics
General support to the owners
The role requires a significant presence in our office interacting with the team
No knowledge of our specialist field is required but we expect the candidate to try to understand what we do
