HR Manager Mid Kent £35,000 - £40,000 Monday to Friday – Permanent, Full Time Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a standalone role within a thriving manufacturing company? Our client, based in Mid Kent, is seeking a dedicated professional to manage all aspects of HR functions. Your main responsibilities will include:   Being the HR contact both internally and externally, ensuring a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures. Provide expert advice and support to Directors, Managers, and Team Leaders on investigations and disciplinary processes. Respond to employee queries regarding employment matters. Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring accurate compliance with policies. Manage all aspects of payroll. Attend external HR-related meetings as required. To be successful in applying for this HR Business Partner role you will be:   CIPD qualified (or equivalent) required. Extensive knowledge of employment legislation, with a demonstrable passion for HR. Proven experience in managing restructures and redundancies. Emotionally intelligent team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels. Highly organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail and high personal standards. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in streamlining HR processes to drive efficiency. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who is well established in their career.
