Job Description

I am working alongside a well-known and highly respected British Charitable Institution based in Southwest London who are currently looking to recruit a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join their busy HR Department to support and enhance training and development programmes, maintaining external and mandatory training and performance records. This is a permanent role and is paying up to £30,000 annum.  Main duties include: Assist with group training sessions and interacting with staff ensuring they understand what they have been taught throughout the meeting. Co-ordinate the feedback from mandatory training sessions and Induction to ensure effectiveness. Maintain and update the Learning Management System ensuring all training records are accurate and up-to-date and liaising with managers regarding non-completion of mandatory training. Monitor and manage the Learning Management System for compliance and course content.  Provide support for staff in accessing the company database. Collaborate with the EDI Co-ordinator with onboarding and orientation programs for new employees and upload relevant documents onto MyHR (database). Support the Performance Management process, by ensuring timely completion of reports and liaising with Line Managers with reference to training and developmental needs. Monitor and manage the probationary review process. HR representative at Health & Safety meetings and fire warden. Provide administrative support when required to the HR team. To be considered for this role you must possess: Previous experience in Learning & Development administrator, preferably within a care environment. Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to effectively inform, advise and influence people across the business. Strong IT knowledge and skills to manage multiple systems.
