Job Description

Full time HR Coordinator position based in Castle Vale Birmingham. This role offers two days working from home. Client Details My client is a well known organisation in the education sector looking for a HR Coordinator based in Castle Vale Birmingham. Description Support the HR department in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation. Nurture a positive working environment. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.Profile A successful HR Coordinator should have: Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position. Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Aptitude in problem-solving. Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach. Can commute to Castle Vale Birmingham.Job Offer A positive and supportive work culture.
