Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, people-focused organization? Our company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this key role, you will be working closely with senior colleagues to shape the region’s people agenda and ensure the HR services and initiatives align with business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic HR Business Partner role where you will be instrumental in driving performance, engagement, and development across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to the Regional Director, senior management, and teams across the region.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement the people agenda in line with business objectives.
* Manage and oversee HR services and projects, focusing on employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning.
* Lead change management initiatives, including restructures and TUPE transfers, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Coach and mentor senior managers, supporting them with HR issues and the development of their teams.
* Use HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce needs and support effective decision-making in relation to staffing, recruitment, and talent development.
* Foster constructive employee relations, manage complex employee cases, and promote a positive working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a senior HR professional, ideally in a stand-alone role, with a strong track record of managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
* Experience in leading and delivering HR initiatives, particularly in complex or multi-site organizations.
* A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in HR management.
* MCIPD qualified (or equivalent) with a coaching qualification and ideally a Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and inspire others to achieve shared objectives.
* Ability to assess HR metrics and provide insights that align with business performance.
