Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our client's HR team. This role will be directly responsible for driving HR initiatives across the hospital, ensuring HR operations are managed in-house, and aligning HR strategy with business objectives. The HRBP will serve as the key advisor to senior management, fostering a positive and compliant workplace while supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. This position will report directly to the HR Director, working closely with hospital leadership to implement best practices that enhance employee engagement, retention, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Leadership . Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leadership and department heads, offering strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR compliance. . Implement HR strategies that align with the hospital's operational goals, ensuring HR functions are fully integrated within the business. . Drive change management initiatives to support hospital growth, improve employee experience, and enhance overall efficiency. 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning . Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that attract high-quality clinical and non-clinical professionals. . Oversee all aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition, ensuring an effective hiring process that supports hospital growth. . Lead succession planning efforts, talent mobility initiatives, and workforce forecasting to ensure long-term business stability. 3. Employee Relations & Compliance . Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant resolution of grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace disputes. . Ensure strict adherence to employment laws, healthcare regulations, and internal policies, mitigating legal risks for the organization. . Provide training and guidance to managers on handling employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment. 4. Performance Management & Employee Development . Work closely with managers to develop and implement effective performance management systems, including goal setting, regular evaluations, and professional development plans. . Provide expert guidance on addressing underperformance, supporting managers with coaching and structured action plans. . Lead initiatives to support ongoing learning and career development for employees, improving retention and job satisfaction. 5. Employee Engagement & Culture . Develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the hospital. . Manage employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and create action plans to improve staff morale and productivity. . Promote the hospital's mission, vision, and values across all levels of the organization. 6. HR Compliance & Risk Management . Ensure all HR practices comply with healthcare regulations, employment laws, and industry best practices. . Maintain and update hospital HR policies, ensuring they are accessible and properly enforced. . Collaborate with the HR Director to manage compensation, benefits, and HR risk mitigation strategies in alignment with business needs
