The Role
As our HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the HR function, ensuring best practices, and driving employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the implementation and administration of HR programs, ensuring they align with company standards.
* Manage and develop the HR team, fostering professional growth and best practices.
* Continuously review HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure they remain innovative and compliant.
* Set and drive HR department goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
* Provide strategic HR insights to the leadership team to support business growth.
* Lead employee engagement, performance management, and workforce development initiatives.
* Generate reports and insights that support strategic decision-making.
* Actively contribute to company-wide meetings, seminars, and training programs.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially aware HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. About you:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.
* Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee engagement strategies.
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
* Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience within the healthcare or social care sector (desirable but not essential).
