HR Business Partner Manufacturing Redditch Hybrid Client Details PageGroup are delighted to support a large manufacturing business based in Redditch with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to join a busy team. This role can offer hybrid working (Business needs dependent). Description The role of HR Business Partner is a busy, fast-paced position, working as part of a small HR team and supporting with a wide mix of operational and strategic HR matters. You will provide first-class commercial business partnering to a wide range of stakeholders, supporting the SLT with the people strategy and working to promote continuous improvement within the HR function. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals Support with any change management projects Take responsibility for employee relations matters including complex issues Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of staff Manage recruitment and selection process Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and systems Provide training and development to continuously up-skill management Maintain HR records, produce HR reports and MI Promote a positive and inclusive company cultureProfile Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Business Partner role.
