Description
Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks
Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Participate in HR projects such as policy reviews and implementation
Handle employee requests and potential issues
Maintain employee records with great attention to detail
Support the implementation of HR initiatives
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practicesProfile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
A degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulationsJob Offer
