Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit a HR Advisor / Employee Relations Advisor on an initial 3 month contract.
HR Advisor / ER Advisor
£26.40 per hour inside IR35
Woodbridge, Suffolk
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a HR Advisor and ideally hold a CIPD qualification. You will have excellent communication and engagement skills as well as strong documentation and case management skills. Within the role you will provide advice and guidance to managers, manage employee relations and support with recruitment amongst other duties.
