Description
The key responsibilities of a HR Advisor will include, but may not be limited to;
Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures.
Process monthly payroll for employees and contractors.
Offer guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Support the HR department in day-to-day operations.
Conduct regular meetings with respective business units.
Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Monitor appraisals in line with company policy.
Address employee queries regarding office management issues.
Support on the onboarding process of new starters and leavers.
Taking lead of project management within the business. Profile
A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:
An academic background in Human Resources or related field.
Proficiency in HRIS and HRMS.
A solid understanding of labour legislation.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Strong ethics and a positive attitude towards diversity.
Ability to commute to Liverpool.
Minimum of CIPD level 3.Job Offer
