The Role
As an HR Administrator, you will work closely with an experienced UK HR Manager, supporting the HR function for approximately 400 employees. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations as the company continues its ambitious growth plans while maintaining a people-focused culture.
This is a fast-paced and evolving environment, so we are looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and eager to take on a variety of HR administrative tasks. The new leadership team is driving significant changes, and you’ll play a key role in supporting HR processes and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and offboarding
* Maintaining and updating HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Supporting employee relations by handling queries and assisting with HR policies and procedures
* Coordinating HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and employee communications
* Assisting with payroll administration, absence tracking, and benefits coordination
* Supporting HR projects and change initiatives as the business continues to grow
About You:
* Experience in an HR administration or similar support role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling HR records and documentation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support employees and managers
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
* A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-moving business environment
