Job Description
I'm working with a Local Authority in Berkshire that is looking for two Housing Options Officers to join their team on an initial six-month contract.
In this role, you'll be completing assessments, managing your own caseload, and writing S184 decisions and PHPs. You'll also be on duty a few days a week, with one office-based day required for face-to-face assessments.
The team consists of 5-6 officers, all handling a mixture of assessments and casework/decisions. They are a small, relatively quiet team, with an average caseload of around 30-35 cases.
Experience using Abritas would be ideal, but it's not essential-if you're familiar with Civica, you should be able to pick it up quickly!
Interviews will be taking place next week.
