Housing Officer
At Hyperion Partners, we specialise in connecting talented professionals with impactful roles in the housing sector. We are currently supporting a well-established Housing Association in West London in their search for an experienced Housing Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
As a Housing Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of tenancies, estates, and resident engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in communities while developing your career in social housing.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Managing a caseload of properties, ensuring tenancies are sustained and communities thrive
✅ Handling tenancy queries, including sign-ups, renewals, and terminations
✅ Investigating and resolving ASB (anti-social behaviour) cases in partnership with key agencies
✅ Conducting estate inspections to uphold safety and quality standards
✅ Supporting residents with rent arrears and working with income teams to prevent evictions
✅ Providing excellent customer service and acting as a key point of contact for tenants
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven experience in housing management, ideally within a Housing Association or Local Authority
🔹 Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation, ASB procedures, and housing policies
🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively with residents and stakeholders
🔹 A proactive, customer-focused approach
