We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Horticultural Installation Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farming, construction, or horticulture and be looking to grow into a leadership role within a fast-paced, rewarding industry.

MCR Group has a dedicated division specializing in plant solutions, supplying and maintaining living walls, large-scale planting schemes, specialist installations, and external garden enhancements and maintenance. We are known for delivering projects on time and within budget, followed by unmatched maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fulfill installation projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
* Report to installation manager.
* Be flexible to work during early mornings, late nights, and weekends from time to time.
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth communication with clients.
* Handle challenging and stressful environments, particularly during fit-out phases.
* Be an active learner, growing into a leadership position and helping the team achieve company objectives.
* Manage and supervise installations from start to finish, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements:
* Background in farming, construction, or horticulture.
* Strong work ethic and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
* Excellent people skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
* Ability to drive a van and travel to installation sites.
* Comfortable working at height.
* Ability to work in stressful environments and adapt to changes in schedule and location.
* Strong desire to learn the business and progress into a team leadership role.
* Flexible, reliable, and eager to grow within the company.
Preferred but not Essential:
* Education or interest in further studies related to botanical gardens or horticulture.
Goals of the Role:
* Become a team lead within the company.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of the business.
* Progress to a senior leadership position in approximately two years.
