This role is about leading change, inspiring teams, and creating communities where people feel supported, safe, and empowered to thrive. * Location: Managing an area and team remotely, with regular travel across Essex. * Salary: Up to £45,625 per annum * Hours: 37.5 per week Here’s what you’ll be doing: * Manage and develop a team of housing and support colleagues, giving them the tools and confidence to deliver amazing service. * Implement innovative housing solutions, refine processes, and drive meaningful change. * Collaborate with local authorities, health services, and community groups to ensure residents stay independent and connected. * Find opportunities, solve problems, and ensure housing services meet the highest standards.
