Part-Time History Teacher – Haddenham
Start Date: February 2025
Supply Desk is excited to announce a Part-Time History Teacher opportunity at a wonderful school in Haddenham. This is a fantastic chance for a passionate and motivated History teacher to inspire students and contribute to an engaging history curriculum.
Role Overview:
Teach History across key stages, inspiring students with your knowledge of the subject.
Plan and deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Encourage students to think critically, explore historical events, and develop their analytical skills.
Work collaboratively with the department and school staff to provide a supportive learning environment.
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, although unqualified teachers with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Strong passion for History and the ability to communicate complex historical concepts to students.
Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to teaching and working with students.
Ability to work as part of a team while also managing independent responsibilities.
