Job Description

The Highways Framework Manager is working with a market leading international manufacturer upon a Permanent basis. Reporting directly to the National Operations Team, you will take responsibility for potfolio works including the M25, National Highways and other bespoke contracts. A Salary of £90,000 A bonus of 25% Car Allowance of £7,500 Location - London, M25 area Mon-Fri Working Training and development working with a Blue Chip Manufacturing Firm Key Responsibilities of Highways Framework Manager; Co-ordinating delivery of tender commitments, ensuring we deliver the level of service promised to our clients at tender Take ultimate responsibility for the timely and efficient mobilisation of our service on each Highway and Motorway Framework Working with Contracting personnel and supporting functions, ensuring Tarmac presence on working groups and forums Leading teams on steps to drive efficiencies, introducing innovation and continuing to be a leader in our industry within the market Qualifications & Experience needed of an Highways Framework Manager; The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position within the Highways or major projects sector with an emphasis on road surfacing and asphalt. You will also be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a global company or a similar environment as well as possess exemplary management, leadership, and communication skills. It is desirable for any prospective candidates to have previous experience working with NEC forms of contract and it will be favourable if you have a background working in contracting or materials such as asphalt. This position would suit a Highways Framework Manager, Project Manager, Asphalt National Manager or Framework Manager
