HLTA - The Role
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a pivotal role in supporting their teaching staff and enhancing the educational experience of their pupils. You will work closely with teachers to deliver core subjects and more, while tying these lessons to outdoor learning activities in our school's forest area. The role involves both classroom support and facilitating outdoor learning experiences that connect the curriculum to real-world, hands-on activities.
