Job Title: Tipper Driver (Tipper Fleet)
Location: On-site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £160.00–£170.00 per day
Join Our Team
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to become a key part of our busy tipper fleet. If you have a solid understanding of commercial driving and basic mechanical know-how, we want to hear from you! This role plays a vital part in the safe and efficient transport of goods and requires someone who takes pride in doing the job right.
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Safely operate lorries in line with all current road laws and regulations
*
Carry out thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness
*
Load and unload materials securely and efficiently
*
Keep accurate records of journeys, fuel usage, and delivery documentation
*
Work closely with dispatch and the wider team to ensure smooth delivery schedules
*
Carry out minor vehicle maintenance and report issues promptly
*
Follow company health, safety, and environmental procedures
What We’re Looking For
*
A valid commercial driving licence (CPC) with a clean driving record
*
Must have Land Fill experience
*
Mechanical awareness to troubleshoot minor issues on the road
*
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think on your feet
*
Strong time management and the ability to work to tight schedules
*
Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
*
Previous experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential
